RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS:
- You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Returns will be offered only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product and not on the accessories. Please read return & refund policy in product description.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Opened and used products will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
- We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Tampered and damaged products will not be eligible for refunds.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGE & BUYBACK:
- If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@mnvcollections.com
- You can send the product back to us though courier or hand deliver in person (only in Mumbai).
- If you choose to courier it across, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Once we inspect the purchased product, we will check its condition and give you an estimated value.
- You can choose to exchange it for another product at a mutually agreed price.
SHIPPING:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
